Bradford National Bank Rolls Out
Integrated Bank Environment
--Bank
uses Integrated Bank Technology's software application to transform internal
work processes--
CEDAR PARK, Texas, Aug.
1, 2007 - Integrated Bank Technology, a provider of a data
consolidation suite of technology-based products and services for
community financial institutions, announced that Greenville,
Ill.-based Bradford National Bank has completed installation of its
flagship product, Integrated Bank Environment
(IBE).
IBE is a repository for
not only a financial institution's core system, but also all of the
ancillary systems enabling everything to be tracked and managed from
a single point. This
allows the institution to combine all of its data and monitor
transactions in real time.
"Integrated Bank
Technology has the most comprehensive technology solution out of any
software provider in our market," Jim Keaster, senior vice president
at Bradford National Bank, explained. "We've been able to
eliminate the use of three different vendors and bring everything
together in a real time environment using IBE. This is the exact solution
we needed to compete with larger banks. Our customers are very
loyal, but they want to enjoy the convenience of new technologies as
well. With the help of
Integrated Bank Technology, we've been able to deliver." The bank has been a customer
of Financial Systems and Equipment (FS&E) for several
years. FS&E is a
multi-faceted consulting, marketing and service organization, and it
is also a preferred partner of Integrated Bank Technology. When Bradford National Bank
began searching for imaging solutions, its successful relationship
with FS&E led it to explore Integrated Bank Technology and the
products that the company provided for financial institutions.
"We reached a point
where we wanted an imaging product that would allow us to have some
flexibility with our core system," Keaster said. "Every product that we
encountered was going to add another layer to the system and make it
more cumbersome to access the data every time we needed to provide
information to customers.
The fact that IBE is a single interface that handles
everything was the deciding factor for us. The convenience and
efficiency that the application offers make all the difference."
Prior to the conversion,
Integrated Bank Technology installed IBE, trained the staff, and let
the application run parallel to Bradford National Bank's core system
for one month to ensure a streamlined conversion process. Afterwards, the Integrated
Bank Technology team returned to fully deploy the system and conduct
additional training as needed.
"They let us get
comfortable with the application, which was really important for the
tellers because we were introducing them to a whole new level of
technology, and it was important that they really understood the
process," Keaster added.
"Other companies want [you] to install their product and then
rush you through the process, but Integrated Bank Technology worked
at the pace that was best for our bank."
"Not only has Bradford
National Bank been able to operate in a real time environment with
IBE, but the bank also implemented the solution without any custom
interface costs," Mark Dittman, president at Integrated Bank
Technology, said.
“
Bradford is a very good customer and we're
glad that the bank has instilled such confidence in us and as a
result, its work environment has truly been transformed for the
better."
